The Heart Behind Pine + Dine
Pine + Dine was born from something I’ve always loved - bringing people together.
What started as a passion for hosting, creating beautiful spaces, and making people feel special eventually turned into something I couldn’t ignore.
It stopped feeling like a hobby and started feeling like a calling.
I’ve always been the person who notices the details. The way a table feels when it’s thoughtfully set. The way a space can completely change someone’s mood. The way people soften when they feel taken care of.
Over time, I started realizing it wasn’t really about “events” at all. It was about moments. The kind you remember without trying to. The kind that feel a little slower, a little softer, and a lot more intentional than everyday life usually allows.
Pine + Dine came from that idea.
A way to take something simple - like a picnic, a celebration, a dinner outside - and turn it into an experience that feels curated, warm, and just a little bit magical. Not overdone. Not overwhelming. Just thoughtfully done.
I’m a mom of three boys, which means life is usually full, loud, and beautifully chaotic. Creating Pine + Dine became my way of balancing that energy - of building something that slows things down instead of speeding them up. A space to actually enjoy the moment with the people you came with, having real conversations without distractions. Where you’re not waiting on service, not dealing with noise, not constantly adjusting for everyone around you.
Where everything is already taken care of and you are fully present.
That kind of experience doesn’t happen by accident. It takes a lot of moving pieces working quietly in the background. And honestly, I’ve always thrived in that space - the chaos behind the scenes, the moving parts, the last-minute changes, the logistics most people don’t want to touch.
What others see as overwhelming, I see as a puzzle coming together.
That’s why Pine + Dine has grown beyond luxury picnics into full event styling and coordination.
I handle the vendor communication, the pivots, and the unseen details so you don’t have to.
That’s really what Pine + Dine is all about.
Not just picnics. Not just styling.
Atmosphere. Connection. Presence.
And honestly, I think we need more of that.
Whether it’s a curated picnic or a fully styled event, my goal stays the same:
You show up. You enjoy. I handle the rest.
If this feels like the kind of experience you’ve been looking for…
I’d love to create it with you.
