Hi,  I'm Jordan, founder and Creative Director of Pine + Dine (yes, the "W" is silent).


Pine + Dine was born from something I've always loved: bringing people together. 

What started as a passion for hosting, creating beautiful spaces, and making people feel special eventually became something I couldn't ignore.  It felt less like a hobby

and more like a calling.


Luxury picnic experiences are still something new to Bastrop, and that's exactly what inspired me. I wanted to create an alternative to crowded restaurants and predictable outings... something more intentional, more memorable, and a little out of the ordinary.

Curious about how it works?

Here are the details on your Pine & Dine experience.

  • How far in advance should I reserve my date?

    Because we provide a highly curated, custom experience, our calendar fills quickly. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance for standard gatherings, and as early as possible for milestone events.

  • What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

     We always have a Plan B. For outdoor events, we track the forecast closely. If weather prevents an outdoor setup, we are happy to transition your gathering to an indoor space of your choosing or reschedule to a date that works for everyone.

  • Does "styling" include the venue and catering?

    We specialize in the design, setup, and coordination of your space. We work beautifully with various venues and can provide recommendations for local catering partners to ensure your entire event feels cohesive, elevated, and stress-free.
